Who we are. Lumi Nail Studio ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this

What we collect. Your name, contact details (email, phone), and booking details (services, dates). If you

tell us about an allergy or sensitivity (e.g. to gel or acrylic products) so we can treat you safely, we use

that only for that purpose. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card details.

Why, and our legal basis. To manage and confirm your bookings and contact you about appointments

(performance of a contract); to run and improve our service (legitimate interest); and, only if you opt in, to

send offers (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with. Our booking software provider (WellDesk) and our payment processor, acting on our

instructions. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it. As long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations, then

we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection — email us to exercise

them. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
