Terms of Service

  • Bookings are made through this page and confirmed by email. Please arrive a few minutes early.
  • Cancellations / changes: please give at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may
  • be charged up to the treatment price.
  • Late arrival may mean your appointment is shortened so the next client isn't delayed.
  • Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable; they may change over time.
  • Allergies / sensitivities: please tell us before your appointment (e.g. to gel, acrylic or removers).
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-refundable.
  • We may decline or stop a service where it would be unsafe or inappropriate (e.g. nail infection or damage).
